A Parenting Time Expeditor makes binding decisions about parenting time when parents are unable to agree. Parenting Time Expeditors are appointed by the court, but parents can decide together which Parenting Time Expeditor they would like to work with. When parents find that they can't agree on parenting time, they can request the Parenting Time Expeditor to make the final decision for them.
The benefit of working with a Parenting Time Expeditor is that you will have clarity around a decision quickly vs. waiting for a court date.
