Meet Jordan

Offering ADR Support for You and Your Family

If you can relate to feeling overwhelmed due to a complex divorce, never feeling like a good enough parent, or not having all the answers, I'm here to tell you that you're not alone. Together we can gain clarity, build on communication and parenting skills and come to parenting decisions in less time, less cost and less stress than entering into the litigation process.

For over twenty years, I've been guiding families through times of transition and change.  I'm an experienced Family Divorce Mediator, Parenting Time Expediter, Parenting Consultant and Parenting Coach. I support families in:

-Conscious child-rearing
-Child development (helping parents guide children through natural life changes),
-Resolving parenting disputes for married or divorced couples,
-Facilitating child-focused co-parenting plans for separated or divorced couples,
-Caring for children's mental health during times of change,
-Supporting families when facing traumas such as homelessness, loss of income, a move or divorce

I have my B.A.S. in Early Childhood Studies and over 20 years experience in Child Development and Family Support.  I am listed on the Minnesota Supreme Court's Roster of Qualified Neutrals and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).

Making the choice to work with a Mediator, PC, PTE or coach can be an empowered choice in a time of change. The guidance and support of a compassionate, experienced person 'outside' of an emotionally-charged situation is invaluable.  Their insight and clarity helps minimize unnecessary drama, mitigates trauma and suffering, offers clarity and hope, and, most importantly, protects and supports the hearts, minds and innocence of the children involved.

I see the most success when parents come to these services voluntarily and participate together in this process.  I believe two people, despite their differences, can come together in the best interest of their child/children as co-parents. One of the many benefits of Mediation or Coparenting Coaching is, it keeps the decision making power in the hands of the parents.  One of the benefits of Parenting Consulting is, time is given for negotiation and decision making, but if the parents find themselves at an impasse, a trusted PC will make the final decision, allowing for forward movement beyond the disagreement.

It is my purpose and passion in life to help families navigate change in a way that honors and validates their unique experience. Perhaps of equal value to my credentials, is my own lived personal experience. Having navigated through divorce, co-parenting, single parenting and blending families, I am able to approach conflict or transition situations with a unique empathy and wisdom that comes from walking the path.

It would be my honor and privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate through these more challenging times.  I invite you to look over the benefits of each service I provide and am happy to answer any questions that may arise.  Finding the right 'fit' is invaluable. I offer a free thirty-minute phone consultation to help you decide if this is the right choice for you and your family.

I can be reached during business hours via phone or in the "contact me" section with any questions you may have.  Both are listed below.
